Healing Waters uses the Hydro San machine which is one of the best state of the art machines worldwide and gets optimum results. We use O2 therapy, colon reflorastation, (replacing the good bacteria) and sterile disposable equipment. Infrared Sauna and the Ion foot bath helps draw out toxins, heavy metals and chemicals through your pores, and is less invasive than IV chealation.

Rice (brown is better), Pasta & Noodles, Oatmeal, Barley, Rice Cereals, Flour tortillas, Soy, Quinoa, Corn meal, Potatoes, Sweet potatoes, Yams, Carrots, Turnips, Parsnips, Rutabagas, Beets, Pumpkin, Squash, Mushrooms, Chestnuts, Mango, Papayas (relieves gas & indigestion), Apples, Bananas, and Avocado.
BREAD:
Use fresh, high quality, preservative free breads.
SAFE CEREAL:
Total, Raisin Bran, Life, Cheerio’s (not frosted), Grape Nuts, Mini Wheat’s (not frosted), Special K, and Bran Flakes
FRUIT LIST:
Banana, Berries, Mango, Apple, Kiwi, Cranberries, Raisens, Peaches, and Plums. If you eat melons, eat them alone or leave them alone.
